I make it a point to be consistent in maintaining balance in my mind, body, and soul. I believe in discipline and structure.
I keep a calendar and schedule my entire day. Creating a schedule holds me accountable and reminds me when tasks are due. I meal prep regularly and I make healthy choices when I do splurge and eat out.
I train 5-6 days a week. Training allows me to release any pent-up energy and is helpful for my physical and mental health.
I practice yoga 1-2 days a week. Yoga allows me to slow down and practice mindfulness and staying in the present moment.
I meditate and journal daily preferably in the morning, it serves as a great start to my day and gives me intention and focus.
At the end of the day I reflect on things I can do better and remember that I can choose again next time a situation arises.
The most important thing I try to remember is to remain open minded to new ideas as they are opportunities for growth.
